Tinna C. Nielsen is an anthropologist and a behavioural economist by heart and profession. Her passion is ‘making differences among people’ through inclusiveness in as many domains as possible. In order to make this happen she founded the non-profit change-organisation Move The Elephant For Inclusiveness in 2013. She worked at Arla Foods as Global Head of Inclusion, Diversity & Collaboration 2010-15. She is a Young Global Leader in the World Economic Forum, a fellow at the RSA, and is named 'Top 10 diversity consultants' at the Global Diversity List. Tinna is internationally recognised as a dynamic influencer, and has pioneered a new way of working with inclusiveness through what she calls ‘Inclusion Nudges’.
