Previously Katharina was CEO at Spiegel Online, the online division of one of Europe’s most influential magazines. Prior to that, she was Editor-in-Chief and CEO at WAZ Media Group, where she completely reimagined the way digital local and regional journalism could be done.

 

In the early days of the internet Katharina worked as an independent writer focusing on technology and the sociopolitical implications of the digital age.
